NEXO 101 studies a high-density urban complex with residential, commercial and service towers, car-free mobility, elevated walkways, an energy microgrid, underground systems and integrated critical infrastructure.
The number 101 is symbolic; foundations, structural safety, feasibility and technical sequencing take priority over any formal target.

NIA stands for NEXO Intelligence Architecture 101: a distributed ecosystem of specialized intelligences coordinated by an institutional core and subject to human governance.
